As a Client Relations Project Management Specialist, Carlin works mostly behind the scenes at Green Apple—managing team bandwidth, keeping deadlines moving across the Orchard, and making sure deliverables are polished before they ever reach a client.
Carlin’s story starts in a tiny North Carolina town of 800 people, where her claim to fame was being crowned the local Peach Queen after working six years at a produce stand. She eventually headed off to Appalachian State University to study PR and English, launching a career that took her from sports marketing for a Charlotte hockey team to directing marketing for an insurance-tech firm. Driven by a desire for fresh challenges and more variety in her day, she stepped into freelancing and joined Green Apple after quietly following the agency for years.
As an Enneagram 2 (“The Helper”), Carlin brings a warm, attentive energy to everything she touches. She loves being the person who has eyes on the big picture, making sure both her teammates and her clients feel completely supported.
Outside of work, Carlin stays busy chasing around her toddler alongside her husband. She loves traveling back to North Carolina to visit family, snowboarding when the weather allows, keeping up with her book club, and enjoying a good cold brew or glass of wine. While she doesn’t have a dog just yet, a future pup is definitely on her wish list!
