Eden Bass
When you talk to Eden Bass, one thing becomes clear right away: she loves bringing order to moving parts. She thinks in timelines. She notices details other people overlook. And she genuinely enjoys creating the structure that helps teams do their best work. That’s why we’re excited to welcome her back to Green Apple Strategy as our newest Project Manager.
This isn’t Eden’s first season with us. She joined Green Apple in 2023 as a Client Relations intern during her senior year at Lipscomb University. That experience left a lasting impact. She remembers a team that collaborated well, cared about the work, and helped her build confidence in her own strengths. So when her close friend (and now teammate) Ellis called months later to ask about her internship experience, the conversation ended up leading Eden right back to Green Apple.
During those conversations, Eden learned that we had opened a new Project Manager role. The timing aligned perfectly with her goals. Outside of her work with us, Eden is building The Little Things Designer Services, a business that helps interior designers with operations and procurement tasks. Project management plays a major role in that world, and Eden saw this new position as an opportunity to grow skills that support both her clients and her long-term vision.
Eden is drawn to marketing because of the strategy behind it. She loves understanding how all the pieces fit together, from creative planning to execution. Strategy influences everything she does. On the client-facing side, it shapes the ideas and plans that serve a brand well. In project management, it shows up in scope, budgets, workflow, and clear communication.
“Being able to identify details that are slightly off can make or break a project,” she said. “Organization comes naturally to me, and I’m excited to bring that strength to every client.”
If you work with Eden, you’ll quickly learn she asks a lot of questions. It’s her way of making sure she understands a situation fully before moving forward. Some workplaces see questions as an interruption. Eden prefers environments where curiosity helps everyone do their job well. That’s one of the reasons she knew Green Apple would be a good fit.
She also brings a calm approach to busy seasons. After seeing both the client-facing and operational sides of agency life, she knows how important it is to lean on your team. She believes teammates should check in with each other, talk through priorities, and focus on the tasks that move the needle most. The goal is always the same: to serve the client well. The path is easier when no one tries to carry everything alone.
Eden identifies as an Enneagram 3 with a 2 wing, and she sees that combination show up in her work every day. She likes accomplishing goals and doing things with excellence, and she also enjoys helping others succeed. That mix keeps her motivated, but she knows it can lead to burnout if she isn’t mindful.
“I try to balance the drive to achieve with a healthy rhythm of rest,” she said. “I want to do great work without losing the joy of it.”
If her work personality had a theme song, it would sound like a dramatic movie score. Eden listens to classical music while she works because it helps her focus and stay grounded in the details.
Outside the office, Eden spends most of her time with her husband, who she describes as her favorite person to be around. The two were friends for years before dating, and she still sees everyday moments with him as fun and meaningful. She also loves being outdoors and paying attention to the beauty around her. When she’s not outside, she might be listening to audiobooks, crafting, or spending an afternoon in a cozy coffee shop chatting with friends or family over matcha.
We’re so thankful to have Eden back on the team. Her curiosity, structured thinking, and steady presence add strength to every project. She helps ensure our clients experience the organized, thoughtful process that defines Green Apple Strategy, and we’re excited to see the impact she will continue to make.
