We didn’t use a plug-and-play template to create Maxwell’s sales playbook. From the very beginning, we engaged in deep collaboration with Maxwell Roofing’s leadership team and key sales stakeholders to build the playbook. Core components like “MAXCare,” “Operational CRM,” and “The Maxwell Way” weren’t generic—each section was custom-built to reflect the language, process, and culture of Maxwell Roofing.
